Two years ago, the MN Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) awarded the Washington Conservation District an environmental assistance grant to develop a Minnesota MS4 Toolkit with resources for cities and other MS4 entities to use to meet their stormwater education requirements. Join us for a virtual tour of the recently released toolkit, ask Ms. Hong (its developer) questions, and provide suggestions. The toolkit is available
